| Sinopsis: | Edad Recomendad ECFA: + 10 años ¿Puede un niño de nueve años ser hermano mayor, padre, madre y erudito al mismo tiempo? La pequeña Ayşe sabe que su hermano Ahmet si puede. Ayşe piensa que su hermano mayor no teme a nada en absoluto. Pero Ahment es un niño y por lo tanto también tiene sus miedos. Y como es normal, no tiene una respuesta para todo. Su padre Kazim se ha ido para casarse con otra mujer y ha abandonado a los niños a su suerte con su anciano y tullido abuelo Hasan. A pesar de todo, los dos hermanos nunca pierden la esperanza. La sencilla historia de la vida de estos dos hermanos retrata una de las realidades más sobrecogedoras de la península de Anatolia. Can a boy of nine be a big brother, a father, a mother and a luminary all at once? For young Ayşe, the answer is yes. In fact, as far as she’s concerned, her big brother Ahmet is afraid of nothing at all. But the truth is, Ahmet is a child too; and he too has his fears. Equally, it’s impossible for him to know everything. Their father Kazım has gone off to marry another woman and abandoned the two children to their fate with Hasan, their elderly and half-crippled grandfather. But in spite of everything, brother and sister never seem to lose hope. This simple tale of a village and the relationship between a brother and sister in the village portrays one of the grittier realities of Anatolia. |
